About Our CEOSt Iyke Ndubuisi
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The Alpha 1 Company
St Iyke Ndubuisi is an engineer, technology entrepreneur and operations and digital-transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience across oil and gas, energy, production operations, maintenance, automation, business improvement and executive advisory work. His career includes leadership assignments with Shell in Nigeria, Houston and across Africa.
He founded The Alpha 1 Company in 2020 to apply practical engineering and intelligent technology to Nigerian security, mobility and operating challenges. As CEO, he leads company strategy, product direction, project delivery, technical partnerships and the development of integrated solutions spanning smart security, IoT, automation, tracking and connected operations.
His academic background combines engineering, management and data-led decision-making. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, an MBA in Engineering Business Management from the University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Business Intelligence from Full Sail University.
